Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on readywell.store with Readywell, operated by [LEGAL NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS], [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale, together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Products
Readywell sells the Readywell Gravity Water Filter, a 1-gallon gravity-fed water filter kit, in three options:

  • Readywell Gravity Filter (1 filter)
  • Home & Car Kit (2 filters)
  • Family Water Kit (3 filters)

Each order includes three free digital guides for personal use only.

2. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping to the United States. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. When a “compare at” price is shown, it is the cost of buying the same number of filters individually.

3. Orders
Your order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issue. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Delivery
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–12 business days after shipping. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. 30-day guarantee
You can try your kit at home for 30 days from delivery. If it’s not right for you, contact us at [support@readywell.store] and we will refund you in full. [ADJUST: return required or not, and who pays return shipping.] Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Damaged or defective items
If your kit arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

8. Proper use
Use the product only as described in the included instructions and in our Terms of Service. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, such as freezing a wet filter or using it with saltwater, fuel or chemicals.

9. Questions and disputes
